Biography
Sara F. Hawkins is the Director of Patient Safety at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Her research program is in the area of nursing workload, medication error, and patient safety. She has also held positions as nurse educator at Brigham Young University - Idaho. As past-chair of the nursing program, Sara led the transition from the Department's associate degree program of study to a pre-licensure baccalaureate degree.
